Happy new year
With 2006 almost over and 2007 about to commence, it is great news to us that the site has gone over the 30,000 hits mark.
Thank you to all of those of you who have helped achieve this.
What we set out to do 7 months ago was to create a site that would keep fans up to date with news and show our support for the band, we hope that we have done that? We will continue to do so right into the coming year.
2007 will be a busy one for the guys. The new album and tour/s will
keep us and them more than occupied and we look forward to sharing another successful year with you all and of course, Orson.
Thank you for your interest and support over the past 7 months, We hope to keep you interested for the coming year.

Tour Over While we are all taking downers because the tour's finished, we bet the guys themselves will be looking forward to some rest and relaxation. What a year it has been, getting signed, tour with Duran Duran, their own small tour, doing some of the biggest festivals around, a tour with Robbie and again their own tour all that plus dates abroad, I for one think its about time they took a well earned rest but before they do they have the single release and dvd release to promote.

UK music charts A disappointing position for Orson's latest single 'Happiness' which entered the charts at 27 but there is always this weeks charts so get out there and buy the single guys. Channel 4's "Transmission" TV show All I can say is 'WHAT A DISSAPPOINTMENT'. If like me you stayed up to watch ORSON perform their single 'Happiness' on this show and you waited and waited till you finally resolve yourself to the fact that they will be on last, you settle down and watch some of the worst performances and even worse interviews ever screened on TV, safe in the knowledge that at least there is a ray of light shining in the form of ORSON yet to come. Consider how I felt when, at last ORSON did finally
grace the stage they were only given a 2 minute slot and within that 2 minutes the producers ran the credits for the show for about 70% of their performance and most of the camera shots were of the audience!!! But at least in that 2 minutes ORSON managed to upstage all the others. Lets hope they never agree to do a performance on this show again. They must have felt after the performance like I did "what a waste of time" Could the album 'Bright Idea' re-enter the Top Ten ? Milton Keynes Friday fans.. we're sorry..
Hello friends.. first thing i feel like i have to do is make a sincere apology on behalf of the band.. as some of you found out we were not in milton keynes this past friday.. we were in paris.. this was an extremely difficult situation for us as we knew that Orson fans would be let down.. unfortunately france could not be rescheduled.. WE ARE SO SORRY.. for those of you who were in milton keynes friday, we know that RW and Basement Jaxx showed you a good time.. as is always the case!..
Tonight and tomorrow night we play the last two shows.. it's 3pm.. sitting backstage in the hospitality tent.. about an hour ago heard the screams of thousands as the flood gates of milton keynes opened to the exhiliration of the "punters" (i swear that word sounds derogatory to my american sensibilities..but "you lot" tell me it's not).. the RW tour has been a terrific experience for us.. and we're all a little sad to see it come to an end.. but i think we're looking forward to having a few
days off.. something we haven't really had since february..
THANK YOU SO MUCH to all who attended these shows.. we will see you in october!.. take care of yourselves and each other.. and stay tuned..

Retail’s summer slowdown looks set to take hold of the singles market this weekend, with early reports suggesting this Sunday’s Top 10 will be virtually identical to this week’s.
With positions one to nine largely unchanged, the only newcomer to the rundown’s upper tier is the View’s Wasted Little DJs (1965), which after getting its physical release yesterday, is set to climb from last week’s position of 73.
The stagnation continues throughout the Top 40, with Chamillionaire feat. Krayzie Bone (Universal) and Peter Bjorn & John (Wichita) the sole likely new entries. Singles from Michael Gray feat. Shelley Poole (Eye Industries), Mousse T V The Dandy Warhols (Feverpitch), Orson (Mercury), Tom Novy feat. Lima (Data), Panic! At The Disco (Decaydance/Fuelled By Ramen) and Primal Scream (Columbia) are all set to rise into the Top 40 after getting released physically yesterday.
The albums market is witnessing a similar seasonal slump, with just two new albums poised to enter the Top 75, from singles chart debutant Chamillionaire (Universal) and Nick Lacey (Jive). James Morrison’s Undiscovered is likely to retain the number one spot, with Orson’s Bright Idea set to return to the Top Ten after experiencing an 80% week-on-week sales increase. Other albums bucking the trend by massively outperforming the market this week come from Pink Floyd’s Pulse (EMI), Il Divo’s Ancora (Syco), Robbie
Williams’ Intensive Care (Chrysalis) and Hard-fi’s Stars Of CCTV (Necessary/Atlantic).
